Working Weekend

Hello,

Well, it's one of those days where you had to drag yourself to work. Bah.

I've been working over the weekend for the past weeks and I tell you it's NO FUN. March and April was crazy for me. I've been appointed this post where every semester I'll have to monitor the students' final project and that usually happens on the weekends huhu.

So how to survive working on the weekend? For the baby I mean.

I considered myself lucky if my parents coincidently are around for the weekend, then Khadeeja will be in good hands. But that shucks for mommy as I'll the miss the quality time with everyone. But what if my parents are not around?

2 options.

1) Stay home with Ngangah (my sister, luckily she no longer works on Saturdays) if daddy is working too.
2) Daddy takes Khadeeja to either Tok Ayah's house in Keramat, or Tok Mi's house in Nilai.

So there you go. I don't have a full-time maid (nor that I intend to have) and I have never had to leave her at the nanny's house on the weekend. Kesian la orang tua tu. Dia pun ada family and I think she goes to agama kelas on Saturday so takmau la kacau aktiviti dia. If worse comes to worst, I'll bring Khadeeja to work. Habis cerita ;)
