I'm running a concert this Saturday and I'm so freaking nervous about it!
I've been appointed to be in charge of the technical aspects of the concert. This position is new to me so I don't really know how I've performed and how I will perform. So far, everything is under control I guess. But it gets a little intimidating when you're leading a group of guys who are not used to be working under a female leadership, especially in this area which is dominantly run by males. I can see that there's trust issue going on but I tried to brush it off and just be 'the boss'.
Let's just hope that everything will run smoothly. Wish me luck!
